I 'd say be mindful and everything is fine.
We are only emotional when we are thinking of the past and future. We think of next weeks "trip". We reminisce of our last job. If it were a nice experience, we long for it. If next week is dreadful we get anxious.
But, but, the past is done and future may not happen. Now is happening and just be in it.
Stop living in the past and waiting for the future. Your missing now. Your missing whats in front of you, the sound, the smells, the taste, the feeling. You'll go thru life not.
